Acesulfame potassium
Acesulfame potassium, also known as acesulfame K or Ace K, is a calorie-free sugar substitute (artificial sweetener). It is known under the E number E950.

Aspartame
Aspartame is an artificial non-saccharide sweetener. It is a methyl ester. Aspartame can be used as an ingredient in beverages (such as diet sodas, light or low-sugar juices and flavored waters), dairy products (such as light yogurt and low-fat flavored milk).

Erythritol
Natural sweetener which looks like white sugar but is slightly less sweet (approximately 70% sweet sucrose). It is produced by natural fermentation. The glycemic index of erythritol is zero. The product is safe for diabetics.

Fructose
Fructose, or fruit sugar, is a simple ketonic monosaccharide found in many plants. Pure, dry fructose is a sweet, white, odorless, crystalline solid, and is the most water-soluble of all the sugars.

Sucralose
Artificial sweetener without calories. It is made from sugar in a multi-step chemical process in which three hydroxyl groups are replaced by chlorine atoms. Sucralose is used in the production of various food and drink products.

Xylitol
Xylitol is a commonly used sweetener obtained from birch tree (Finnish xylitol) or corn cobs (Chinese xylitol). It has a lower calorific value than sugar and a dozen times lower glycemic index.
