Black pepper oleoresin

The semi-mature grains of Piper Nigrum L. are extracted with organic solvents to form a dense green liquid. The product is used in the food industry, and an additional advantage of its use is a small amount of dosed raw material. It has the characteristic spicy aroma of black pepper. The taste is initially warm and pleasant, then sharp and prickly.
