Saccharomyces boulardii is a yeast species used as a probiotic.

Saccharomyces boulardii is a tropical yeast species first isolated from lychee and mangosteen fruits in 1923 by French scientist Henri Boulard.
S. boulardii is often used as a probiotic to introduce beneficial microbes into the large and small intestines and to provide protection against pathogens.
