Polyether modified polysiloxane

Polyurethane foaming system in pentane and all water blowing agent.

With special molecular structure, AK-8818 exhibits an excellent emulsifying ability, nucleation ability and foam stabilizing effect.
AK-8818 has excellent nucleation ability in pentane & all water blowing agent. It can make fine, evenly-distribute cells in foam plastic products.
AK-8818 brings very good fluidity during the entire foaming process in the reaction system. It is especially suitable for electrical appliance production.
Safety and handling
The freezing point of the product is under 0°C. Cold storage conditions can cause solidification; this state is reversible and has no influence on the performance of AK-8818. Nevertheless, it is recommended to warm up cold material to ambient room temperature before use.
