Garlic oleoresin
Garlic oleoresin is used in seasoning mixes – for meat, sausages, and other preserves that require garlic aroma. Due to the therapeutic properties of garlic, the use of the raw material for production has many advantages, and allicin present in oleoresin also works well as an antibacterial agent.
