Silmastab AQ 1401

Silmastab AQ 1401 is a stabilizer specific for low smoke, low HCl emission PVC compounds with high content of flame retardant fillers. It is suitable for PVC compounds for insulations as well as sheathing application.

Silmastab AQ 1401 in powder form is easy to disperse in the production of dry mixes. It is specially designed for PVC blends containing the right amount of magnesium based flame retardant fillers.
In particular, SILMASTAB AQ1401 issuitable for compounds containing milled natural fillers with the specific purpose of avoid thewell-known typical fluctuation and unconsistency of final color. This discoloration is the result of interaction between these fillers with traditional stabilizer packs, and with Silmastab AQ1401 this problem is solved whatever it is the quality of the magnesium filler.
Safety and handling
Product should be keeping in ventilated area and not under direct sunlight. To high temperatures and too much moisture could affect the Silmastab AQ 1401 quality and efficiency.
Packing: 20 kg bags or 500/1000 kg big bag.
