Expanso AZ

Expanso AZ is used as a foaming agent in the processing of polyvinyl chloride (foamed PVC profiles).

Product in concentrated form. Its specially modified formula provides with a uniform gas supply during the process of extrusion. This product has been specifically prepared for being dosed directly into the machine (extruder), having an excellent flowability and dosing characteristics, but it can be also added into the mixer. This formula, due to being dispersed in PVC, allows a better adjustment when controlling the dosing process.
Stabilizer base Ca/Zn.
Safety and handling
The product should be stored under cover and in a ventilated dry place.
Packing
20 kg bags or self-dissolving EVA bags.
Package weight can be adjusted according to customer’s requirements.
