BCAA is a group of the so-called branched chain amino acids. It includes three compounds that our body cannot produce by itself and must collect them from food: leucine, isoleucine and valine. Main natural sources of BCAA are dairy products and red meat, and among plant foods: beans, lentils, nuts and soy proteins. Appearance: Crystalline powder containing l-leucine, l-valine and l-isoleucine. Application: they protect our muscles against decay, accelerate the building of muscle tissues and take care of the proper energy course in our body
