Octan glinu to sól glinu i kwasu octowego. Ma wzór chemiczny C6H9AlO6. Octan glinu jest stosowany w leczeniu stanów zapalnych, swędzenia i pieczenia zakażonej skóry oraz wspomaga gojenie. W celu zmniejszenia swędzenia i podrażnienia można zastosować octan glinu.
