Combined with choline, it is classified as a lipotropic compound that supports metabolism and accelerates fat burning, and prevents the accumulation of fat in the liver. It has been proven that inositol has a positive effect on the synthesis of neurotransmitters and the action of some receptors. Additionally, inositol works as an excellent agent in the prevention of vascular and heart diseases.
