Wax PE

External wax for the processing of PVC, which helps absorbing fillers and removing frictions during the extrusion.

Wax PE is an excellent external lubricant. Due to its special composition, this product is a very good lubricant, with a high thermal stability, and very active, so that it may be used in small proportions. Recommended dosage may vary depending on the different applications and on the filler content. It is also possible to add this lubricant either during the mixing process (mixer) or directly to the machine by means of a measuring device.
Safety and handling
The product should be stored under cover and in a ventilated dry place.
Packing
20 kg bags or self-dissolving EVA bags.
Package weight can be adjusted according to customer’s requirements.
