TCPP
- Tri (chloroisopropyl) phosphate; Tris (1-chloro-2-propyl) phosphate
Fire retardant used in polyurethanes, widely used in phenolic and epoxy resins, PVC, EVA,
TCPP is a chlorinated phosphoric ester used as a flame retardant. It is insoluble in water, but dissolves in most organic solvents. TCPP finds its application as a flame retardant in the production of polyvinyl chloride cellulose fibres, EVA, phenolic materials, adhesives as well as rigid and flexible polyurethane foams, which show high heat resistance, excellent hydrolysis resistance, low viscosity and excellent compatibility with resins. Product improves resistance to moisture and low temperature, as well as antistatic properties and affects the softness of material.
