Product originating in fermentation of red rice with the monascus purpureus mushroom. During the fermentation process, a substance called monacoline K is produced, which not only reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood, but also inhibits the rate of its production by the liver. Appearance: light-red powder with monacoline K content from 0.4% to 5%. Application: helps normalizing the level of cholesterol in the blood, accelerates metabolism, supports heart function, reduces the feeling of fatigue, supports the immune system.
