Excellent percutaneous absorption and effectively converts into free vitamin C in the skin to perform various physiological functions. It can be used in high-concentrations without irritating skin. It can lightens skin by inhibits activity of intracellular tyrosinase and melanogenesis. The results are dose-dependent. Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate reduces UV-induced cell / DNA damage so it can be used to sun protection products. It also significantly promotes collagen synthesis, inhibits the activity of collagen degrading enzyme. Revitalizes cell activity and proliferates human fibroblasts. It prevents lipid peroxidation and skin aging.
