TEP is a highly effective, halogen-free flame retardant characterized by high phosphorus content and low viscosity. TEP flame retardant is suitable for use in rigid PUR/PIR foams and thermosetting foams. In addition, it is used in chemical synthesis, unsaturated polyesters, adhesives, coatings and textiles. It is also used as a reinforcing agent for rubbers and plastics, a raw material for pesticides, a stabilizer for resins.
