From 6-8 October #Cortexteam attended 4th edition of International Trade Fair for Organic Food and Non-Food Products in Warsaw, which is the only event of this kind in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe dedicated entirely to the ecological industry. It as a perfect place to raise a discussion about the current trends and directions of development of the food and organic products market.
