L-leucine

Organic chemical compound, is a coded aliphatic amino acid, with branched side chain, electrically inert. Discovered by French chemist L. J. Proust. It occurs in all proteins, with large amounts in albumins and plasma bodies. Application and effect: increases training capacity, supports the regeneration of the body after training, can accelerate the process of building muscle mass.
